Anglican Communion 10 July 2019 – Worship The Lord

Daily Fountain Devotional of the Church Of Nigeria Anglican Communion

Anglican Communion 10 July 2019 – Worship The Lord – The Psalmist, in today’s text, set a good example for us. After numerous Psalms in which he agonized over being chased by enemies, denied justice by wicked people and experiencing ay in receiving answers to his prayers, he realized the need to worship God. He called for all creation to worship God the Creator and Ruler of the world. God is great. Throughout history, God has revealed His power through mighty miracles over nature as we have in the case of the great flood (Genesis 7:17-20). The power of God controls creation and raises the dead. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is available today to help us with our daily problems.
